High Profile Support Assistant Volunteer

Location: South Wales

When: Mondays 10.00am - 12.00pm

Role reports to: Progression Coach

You will contribute to ending homelessness by

 

 

Aiding with fundraising for our vital services supporting people out of homelessness. You will do by helping us to manage the relationships that we maintain with our high profile supporters and in assisting the manager with the day to day tasks.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Computer literate
  • A good eye for detail
  • Ability to take initiative with data but consult if there is any doubt
  • Interpersonal communication skills with a particular focus on listening
  • Good time-keeping and reliability
  • Non-judgemental, patient and friendly
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and maintaining boundaries
  • Be positive, productive and have a passion to help end homelessness

 

  • Workplace experience in a national organisation

  • To assist in the daily tasks re-artist management
  • To enter data about high profile supporters into the Raisers Edge database (training will be provided)
  • To research new high profile supporters and influencers
  • To meet regularly with your supervisor to discuss the data and research progress
